Ryan Slocum

My name is Ryan, and I’m pursuing my MSc in Robotics, Systems and Controls at ETH Zürich. I’m currently taking courses in planning, perception, and controls.

I recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied Computer Science and completed my Senior Thesis under Dr. Christoffer Heckman in the Autonomous Robotics and Perception Group. I was also involved with the Presidents Leadership Class, and the Engineering Leadership Program, where I was a fellow. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant in engineering and computer science.

Recently I spent a summer at Outrider working on firmware and test processes for autonomous yard trucks. I also spent a year at Company Six working on software for autonomous robots for first responders.
